1. Custom & Made-to-Order
All products are crafted specifically for you. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production begins to preserve exclusivity.

2. Sizing Guidance
Check each product’s description carefully. Some designs may require sizing up. Incorrect size selection cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Quality Guarantee
Items are inspected before shipment. For damaged, defective, or misprinted products, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos for a replacement or full refund.

4. Wrong Item Received
Notify us within 14 days for replacements or refunds.

5. Non-Returnable Items
No returns for:

  • Incorrect size or color choice

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, following luxury house standards.
